If any issues arise during a service, we ask our clientele to address the issue immediately. Our staff will work diligently, swiftly, one-on-one, and cohesively to come up with a resolution with you.  If a client waits til the end of a service, the client will be responsible for the full price of the service. 

Our staff performs consultations and encourage feedback before,during, and after the service about your services and if we are told that the service went well, we can only honor your word.
